Definition of a Hooplehead

The best definition of a Hooplehead is one I found on Doug Ross' blog:

Does anyone know what "hooplehead" means with any f**king certitude? Near's I can figure, a hooplehead is an ignorant, backwoods, dim-witted, slow-thinking, muddle-headed, addle-brained, limp-d**k, dumb-ass c**ksucker. But we use the term with great affection around here.
